  • 1 large sweet apple, cored, peeled and chopped coarse
  • 1 (12 oz) bag of cranberries
  • 1 whole orange cut into quarters (including rind)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Pulse all ingredients in the food processor until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  2. Refridgerate for 1-2 days for flavors to develop.
  3. Serve.
