Cranberry Apple Bread Abm Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Lowfat milk (room temp)
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 1/3 c. Unsweetened dry cranberries
- 1 med Apple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 c. Minced pecans (opt)
Directions
- Add in ingredients in the order recommended for your bread machine. If you prefer the cranberries and apples in larger pcs, add in at the raisin beep
- (if your machine has this), or possibly when the first kneading is almost completed.
- Cook the bread on the Sweet cycle or possibly on the Basic cycle. Fresh or possibly frzn thawed cranberries may be substituted, but decrease the amount of lowfat milk and check the consistency of the dough a few times during the mixing process and be ready to adjust with a little more lowfat milk or possibly flour.
