I don’t eat any jams made with sugar. Sugar is another thing on my forbidden list. It is toxic! I only use natural and unrefined sweeteners, honey for example. All the jams that I make are made from dehydrated – rehydrated fruits, combined with delicious honey and amazing spices. The inconvenient is that they won’t last too long in the fridge; I keep them only a week or so, but honestly... most of the times the sweet lil’ thing disappears in 2 or 3 days :)).

Directions

  1. Chop the cranberries with a vertical mixer until you obtain a lovely ruby colored paste.
  2. Blend with the other ingredients except water, until all the essences are evenly combined. Add water slowly until you get the consistency you want ( I used about ½ a cup).
  3. Place the jam in a clean jar and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Keep it in the fridge.
