Ingredients

  • 2 lb Hash Browns, frzn
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 c. Cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Defrost hashbrowns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. Put all in a 3-quart. casserole dish. Saute/fry' cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350@ for about 40 min.
