Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb Frzn hash potatoes thaw
- 1/2 c. Margarine -- heat
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 c. Onion -- chop fine
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Colby cheese -- grate
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
- Gently fold in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or possibly dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 min.
