  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 6 ounce Crabmeat (check for small Peices of shell)
  • 2 lrg Kaiser rolls, split Horizontally
  • 1 c. Thinly sliced romaine Lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and seafood seasoning together in medium bowl. Mix incelery and onion. Add in crabmeat and stir gently to combine. Do not mash. Season to taste with pepper.
  2. Place bottoms of rolls on plates. Place half of crab salad, and then the lettuce on each of the rolls.
  3. Place the bun tops on the salad, and press gently.
