  • 2 cups crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 frozen block of spinach drained
  • 1 cup shredded italian cheese
  • italian seasoning to taste
  • 4 lasange pieces cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together the ricotta, crab meat, shredded cheese and season to taste.
  3. evenly place the mixture over the lasagne pieces and tightly roll them up.
  4. Pour half your sauce in your baking dish then place your rolls seem side down in the sauce.
  5. pour more sauce on top and sprinkle more cheese as well.
  6. Bake for 12-15 min
