	Pochero by Lidy Concepcion This is a Filipino version of the Spanish Cocido. It's a little sweet, which makes it even tastier. Beef is usually used, but I sometimes substitute it with pork. Some pochero recipes include chorizos, but I personally don't like eating chorizo so I did not include it in my ingredients. I hope you like my version!	1 vote 2451 views
