This is a Texas style chili without beans. However, you can add any beans that you like. You can garnish with shredded cheese, diced onions or whole chili peppers.

Biba Caggiano is a well-known chef and restaurateur in Sacramento. She has also made numerous national tv appearances. Her Minestrone Soup is one of my favorites. It is hearty and favorful and wonderful in the fall and winter seasons.
