Sauerkraut SaladHonestly, when a friend told me he had found this recipe in an old cookbook, I was a bit skeptical. He was bound and determined to make it, in spite of my turned-up nose, so I put my best manners forward and tasted it. It was delicious, and helped greatly to wash down the crow I was forced to eat! |

Warm beet SaladNow it's beet season. I LOVE beets. And Last year I enjoyed a nice Warm beet and Spinach salad. it was Yummy. This year I took out the spinach because I found the beets to be the best part. it's great cold too Adding apple at the very end adds a nice Fruity Crunch! |
