SOS

SOS by Candice Goodyear

This is a simple recipe that my dad used to make for us. For a while My parents fell on hard times and this one was a meal they could afford so we ate it often. It can be served on Texas Toast or mashed potatoes. Personally I like it on Mashed potatoes.

Lime Pepper

Lime Pepper by MT C

This can be used anywhere lemon pepper might be used and will liven up chicken, fish or pork. Making your own fresh each time is definitely best, but dehydrating the lime zest will make it available longer. I use more zest and half (or less) salt. Coarse fresh ground pepper is also the way I go. Enjoy!

But from time to time I do branch out and prepare other kinds of food. Here's a…

Cream Sauce Prawns and Potatoes Pagoda

Cream Sauce Prawns and Potatoes Pagoda by Robert-Gilles Martineau

Frankly speaking, I was stumped by how to call this simple, healthy but fullfilling home-made recipe reminiscent of the Curry Sauce Mango Prawns and Scallops recipe I posted a couple of days ago! Friends would probably have kicked me if I had called it “Prawns and Potatoes Sandwich in Cream Sauce”! LOL As with other recipes, it can…
