Baked Haddock w Potato Crush by jason kimI grilled a fillet of haddock before work and was surprised how easy it was (much faster than baking). After seasoning with desired spices, you basically fry it on a non-stick pan for about 4 minutes on each side. But make sure the fillets are pat dry (you can place on clean paper towel for a few minutes) otherwise oil will splash… |
