Quick Twisted Tofu Raspberry Blue berry Sorbet by MonocotI call it twisted because Traditional Sorbet is water, sugar and pureed Fruit!. Has barely any fibre if any and no Protein. So I made my own. You don't even need to put this into the freezer. Just blend and serve for a quick dessert.! or a great breakfast! Flax is added at the end for a nice crunch and extra fiber! |
