Amped Up Oatmeal by Merce Escobar
As a fan of oatmeal, but not a fan of plain, I decided to amp up the health factor by adding flavor, texture and fruit. Why not? We all know we're not getting enough fiber and we also erroneously skip breakfast at times. Major oops.
