Post-Bikram Mango Delight by Kimberley OwenI made this yesterday for breakfast after a very intensive Bikram session. The delicious ripe mango, coconut and nuts with the fresh hint of mint was so cooling and satisfying. I think I'll be eating this fairly regularly over the Summer! |
