Bologna SaladJust like ham salad (posted on site) – I made bologna salad – you can use it for so many things. Stuffing pita breads, making sammies or hoagies, served as a spread for crackers, bagel chips, etc., stuff into tomatoes, etc. So easy to make – and of course – it doesn't last long around here. |

Spicy Sour Cream & Avacado DipThis makes a delightful dip with corn or tortilla chips, or as a topping for enchiladas and tacos. You can also substitute ranch dressing for the sour cream (this makes a wonderful salad dressing or sandwich spread). There are many uses for this - experiment!
