I'm the type that don't like bones on my ribs so I use this..

  1. season ribs the way you want it.(salt pepper, bbq sause what ever..)
  2. put the ribs in a pan, fill half way up on ribs water put cut up onions, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots,green beans and or what ever else you want.
  3. cover pan up with alumin foil, heat oven to 350
  4. bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, pull out and they are done..
  5. somethimes I make mashpotatoes and put the mixture from the ribs over the potatoes.
