- 2 lb smoked boneless pork shoulder butt - (to 2 1/2 lbs)
- 2 c. water
- 6 whl cloves
- 4 whl peppercorns
- 1 x celery stalk cut up
- 1 x carrot peeled, sliced

Directions
- Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW heat 6 to 8 hrs or possibly HIGH 3 to 4 hrs. Drain and serve.
