Corn Meal Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Corn meal
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Lard
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add in lowfat milk and melted lard and beat well. Bake 20 min in warm oven.
- Note: Warm oven is 400 - 450 F.
