- 12 ea Yellow Corn (cut off cob)
- 4 cup A.P. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 4 ea Whole Eggs
- 4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Water
- 2 bunch Green Onions
- 1 bunch Cilantro

Time: 15 minutes prep, 3 minutes cook

Directions
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients together
- 2. Mix Eggs, Lemon Juice, Water
- 3. Mix Corn, Green Onions, Cilantro
- 4. Mix dry ingredients with wet
- 5. Mix in Corn mix.
- 6. Cook in medium hot skillet with oil
