CORN CUSTARD Recipe

My maternal aunt loves this dessert. She used to make it for her kids and now I'm making it for my children. It's so delicate and tasty.

Ingredients

1 c. vanilla custard powder

1 c. water
-
4 c. milk

1 c. sugar

1 c. creamed corn (canned)

3 tbsp. coconut powder

Directions
- Mix custard powder and water in a bowl. Set aside.
- Combine milk and sugar in a pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add creamed corn and coconut powder.
- Stir in custard mixture, continue stirring until thickens.
- Cool. Refrigerate.
