  • 2 c. Fresh corn kernels, (about 8 ears)
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese (4 ounce), shredded
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients; spoon into 4 lightly greased 6-oz ramekins or possibly custard c..
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
  4. Notes:This recipe can also be baked in a lightly greased 1-qt baking dish at 350F for 30 to 35 min.
