- 2 Ginger cut small 20g
- 3 Green chili cut with seed 40g
- 4 Lemon juice 100ml
- 5 Plain Yoghurt 500g
- 6 Salt and pepper 5g

- 1 blend items no 1,2,3and 4
- 2mix above mixture with the plain youghurt and seaqson with salt and pepper
