- Frost upsidedown cupcakes with Cold Whip Whipped Topping and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Insert licorice pcs into tops of cupcakes to create spider legs. Finish by topping with candies for the creepy eyes. A simple, ghoulish treat for you and your goblins!
