- 3 pkt (Kraft) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp Worchestshire
- 1 1/4 ounce Blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Soft butter
- 1 med Onion diced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Beer, (heated & cooled)
- 2 x Loaves Round Bread

Directions
- 1. Mix ingredients till creamy
- 2. Hollow out loaf of bread (Russian Rye is best)
- 3. Cut some bread into bite size pcs & surround bread
- 4. Fill hollow with dip
