Simple Cuban Black Beans & Rice in a Rice CookerI've loved cuban black beans and rice ever since I lived in Weehawken, New Jersey and ate at the Unica Cafe. Potato saladI have tried lots of recipes online for potato salad and none came close to really tasting good to me. This one I kind of made up from four different recipes and I think it is awesome. I am going to serve it with BBQ chicken and my mom's baked beans in just about an hour. |
