Condensed Milk Coconut Bars (Eggless)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups coconut (either desiccated or fresh grated)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp dried black currants.

Condensed Milk Coconut Bars (Eggless)

Time: 10 minutes prep, 70 minutes cook
Servings: 6 person
 

Directions

  1. Add and mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Scrape the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake at 165C for 1 hour.
  4. Increase the temperature to 185C and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cut into bars.
  6. Once cool down, run a knife over the bars or break into pieces.
