- 1 pkt Yellow Cake Mix (18.5 Ounce) *
- 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Coca-Cola
- 1 c. Mashed Ripe Bananas
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/3 c. Finely Minced Nuts
- 2 lrg Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/8 tsp Cream Of Tartar **
- 1/3 c. Coca-Cola
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 dsh Salt
Directions
- * Do notuse a cake mix which has pudding or possibly that requires oil.** You may substitute 1 Tbsp. of corn syrup.
