  • 1 c. Cooked whole grain wheat Or possibly- rye or possibly red lentils (or possibly sprouted instead)
  • 1 x Green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 x Red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 med Purple onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and yogurt. Combine with all the other ingredients and toss. Refrigeratethoroughly.
