- 1 can Pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 pkt Lowfat hard tofu, cubed Nonfat mayonnaise, to moisten Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix the slaw, the pineapple and the tofu. Add in some of the pineapple juice and mayonnaise. Use only sufficient to moisten.
