Coffee Biscuits

Nice coffee biscuits ideal for breakfast or as snack for a break.

Ingredients

  • 170gr flour
  • 55gr soft butter (or margarine)
  • 65gr icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons espresso

Directions

  1. Mix the egg with the butter, the icing sugar and the coffee.
  2. Add the flour and mix until the dough is creamy.
  3. Put the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and shape the biscuits as you prefer (or you can drop the dough onto the baking sheet covered with baking paper with a spoon).
  4. Bake in the preheated oven to 340-355°F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Let cool on a rack.
