Coconut Christmas Bites Recipe

You can't stop at one !!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 6-oz pkg sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup candied cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup candied pineapple, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Combine the butter and cracker crumbs
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Mix well
- Spoon by tablespoonfuls into paper-lined mini muffin cups
- Bake at 325 F for 25 to 30 minutes
- Remove from the pans
- Cool completely on wire racks
