Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

1 coconut cake 1/2 cup butter, melted and 1/2 cup chopped 2 1/2 cup chocolate Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix butter, nuts and chips.  Add eggs until well blended.  Mix in cake mix.  Make into walnut size balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake 10-12 minutes.  The cookies will still be very soft until completely cooled.  Makes about 3 dozen depending on Comment:  The cake mix cookies can be made with any flavor of cake mix.  I normally just pick the flavor I want and add ingredients such as nuts, chips, etc.  You can even add dried fruit to say a pineapple cake mix.  Or use a pineapple cake mix and add coconut.  Just Think With Your Taste Buds and come up with your favorite…
