Coconut and Banana Bars Recipe

- 4 tablespoons rum
- 150gr sugar
- 150gr soft butter
- 4 eggs
- 300gr flour
- 100gr coconut flour
- 1 / 2 lemon (juice)
- 3 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- To Decorate:
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 50gr of melted pure chocolate
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
