Coca Cola Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 stk butter
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Soda
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1 stk butter
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. Coca-cola
- 3/4 box (1-lb) confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Finely minced nuts
Directions
- CAKE: Heat butter, cocoa and cola to boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Add in Large eggs and butter-lowfat milk with baking soda in it. Add in vanilla and marshmallows.
- Pour in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min - test middle with toothpick. (This batter does not look like cake mix!) ICING: Bring butter, cocoa and cola to boil. Pour over confectioner's sugar and add in nuts; cream well. Ice cake as soon as it's taken out of oven.
