Ingredients

- 47/50 gm orange oil
- 1 79/100 gm lemon oil
- 7/50 gm and nutmeg oil
- 41/100 gm cinnamon oil Fold in
- 9 97/100 gm alcohol and
- 5 1/2 gm water shake well allow to stand for 24 hrs. The mix will separate.
Directions
- At the top is a clear yellow liquid: 7X flavouring.
- Next dissolve 4.88kg sugar in smallest amount of boiling water.
- Allow to cold.
- Add73g caramel6.3g caffeine and 22.4g phosphoric acidPurists may include 2.24g of coca leaf (first remove the cocaine) and a sprinkling of powdered nut from the kola tree.
- You now have a thick syrup.
- 61g Add in lime juice33.7g and glycerin3.0g vanilla extractAdd the 7X stir hard and dilute with 5.5 parts of chilled fizzy water.
- Makes 50 litres.
