  • 2 onions sliced and sectioned into rings
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • S&P

Directions

  1. Soak Clay Pot for 15 minutes
  2. Salt & pepper ribs
  3. Spray interior with non-stick spray (I forgot to do this - ooops)
  4. 1/2 sliced onions on bottom
  5. 1 cup BBQ sauce poured over onions
  6. Ribs over onions & BBQ sauce
  7. 1/2 sliced onions
  8. 1 cup BBQ sauce poured over onions
  9. Place Clay Pot into cold oven
  10. Set for 450
