Clams with Bulgur

Ingredients

  • 20ml Olive Oil
  • 15g Garlic, crushed
  • 20g Chorizu, minced
  • 300g Clams
  • 30ml White wine
  • 30ml Chicken stock
  • tt Chili flake 
  • 10ml Saffron water
  • 30g  Tomato, fresh, dice
  • 50g Bulgur, large size, blanched
  • 2g  Italian parsley, chopped
  • 10ml Nunez
  • tt Salt & pepper

Clams with Bulgur

Time: 30 minutes prep, 7 minutes cook
Servings: 1 人分
 

Directions

  1. In a small sauce pot, sauté the crushed garlic and chorizo until soft and fragrant
  2. Add clams and white wine.
  3. Let the alcohol burn out of the wine.
  4. Add the chicken stock, chili flake, saffron water and bulgur.
  5. Steam covered for 3~5 minutes or as long as it takes for clams to open and cook through.
  6. Remove cover and add tomato dice, parsley.
  7. Nunez extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper, check seasoning and serve in bowl.
