Cinnamon Sugar Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x egg white
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. pecans Beat egg white and water till frothy. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
Directions
- Stir into egg white mix. Toss with pecans. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
