My second favorite thing after a donut is of course the donut hole. The perfect, one mouthful bite of deliciousness! This recipe is a basic recipe that you could easily add any flavoring to.

Directions

  1. Combine the 1/2 cup sugar and the cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside. Cream together the sugar, butter and egg. Mix in the milk until the mixture is well blended. Add the flour and baking powder. Spray your donut hole pan or maker with cooking spray. Spoon batter into hole mold (approximately 2 tablespoons for each). Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. While still warm roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.

      Kids love donuts. Donut holes are just the same, this is a nice recipe to follow making some.
