Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Baked In The Oven

Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 10 slc Cinnamon-raisin bread
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, cut up in small Pcs

Directions

  1. Grease a 10 x 15 inch jellyroll pan. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, cinnamon and vanilla together in a bowl till slightly frothy. Take the bread slices and, one by one, dip each slice into the egg mix, making sure both sides are well covered. Place bread in pan in one layer, making sure the bread doesn't overlap. If there is any egg mix left, dribble it over bread in the pan. Top the bread with the butter. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 12 min or possibly till toast has nice brown color. Serve bottom side up with maple syrup or possibly powdered sugar.
