Ingredients
- 600 gm spare ribs/ pork chop, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
- Marinade:
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp black vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 11/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water

"cik kong" spare ribs
Time: 45 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Directions
- Combine spare ribs with marinade and mix well.Marinade for 30 minutes .
- Deep fry the marinated spare ribs in a hot oil till golden brown.Dish and drain.
- Pour sauce into a clean wok and bring to boil.
- Add in spare ribs, and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.
- Dish up and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
