Christmas Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 lb Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon CP (Shel Talmy) Add in sugar, spices, nuts and flour. spoon onto a well greased pan and at 300 degrees for 15 min.
- 1/2 lb Unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 lb Cut nut meats
- 1 lrg C. Heat chocolate. Beat Large eggs 'til foamy. Then add in melted chocolate. Drop from bake
Directions
- You can also spread the batter about 1/2 inch thick in a jelly-roll pan.
- Mygrossmama baked hers this way, but since she used a wood stove, she gave nooven temperature (moderate) or possibly baking time in her recipe.
