• 1 large red or possibly yellow pepper
• 4 large diced garlic cloves
• 1 tbs. diced jalapenos
• 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 can corn
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• diced cilantro to taste
• diced black olives
• juice from 1 or possibly 2 limes depending on your taste. i like 2.
