Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken livers
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- 4 x Green onions, finely minced Salt and Pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonaise

Directions
- Saute/fry the chicken livers in the butter over medium heat for 5 to 6 min, shaking the pan from time to time till the livers are nicely browned and just cooked through. Do not overcook them. Grind or possibly finely chop the livers and hard-boiled Large eggs. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Chill.
