Directions

  1. Cream together the oleo, oil and sugar. Add in Large eggs, vanilla, and sour lowfat milk. Mix well. Add in dry ingredients after sifting them together.
  2. Beat well. Add in zucchini last and mix proportionately. Put in a 13 x 9 pan.
  3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. or possibly till done. This is GREAT topped with cream cheese frosting.
  4. Cream Cheese Frosting
  5. 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cream cheese-softened 4 Tbsp. butter-softened dash of salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
  6. Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Beat in vanilla and salt.
  7. Gradually add in powdered sugar. Blend well. Frost cake.
