Ingredients

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 4 ounce Chocolate chips
  • 1/3 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Coconut, caramel or possibly cherries for filling Truffle molds, (purchase at any cooking or possibly housewares store)

Directions

  1. In a 2 qt pot, combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and butter. Continue stirring and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 min constantly stirring.
  2. Remove the pot from the burner and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Keep stirring till mixed completely.
  3. Pour into a glass bowl and let cold (about 10 15 min).
  4. Healthy pinch off some of the fudge and put it in the truffle mold leaving a 'hole' in the middle of the truffle for the filling. Fill the hole with coconut, caramel or possibly cherriesa anything you like.
  5. Take another small healthy pinch of fudge and cover the bottom to hold in the filling. Let cold in the freezer for about 10 min. Snap out of the mold and serve.
