Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 stk margarine
- 1 c. Water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 x Unbeaten Large eggs
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 stk margarine
- 1/3 c. Buttermilk
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 box (1-lb) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Nuts optional
Directions
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Put margarine, water, and cocoa in pan and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Beat remaining ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased 11 by 16-inch cooky sheet. Bake 20 min at 400 degrees.
- Frosting: Boil margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add in the one lb. of powdered sugar. Add in nuts and vanilla and stir.
