Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Cookies Recipe

- Instructions: Take 2 Ritz crackers and spread peanut butter on one cracker then put the other cracker on top (like oreo cookie, sandwich cookie,...) Heat the chocolate in the microwave or possibly stovetop. Dip the cookie in the chocolate, make sure completely covered with chocolate, then put on waxed paper to set. I use white chocolate too.
