Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. Chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1 c. Chocolate chips, melted
  • 18 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter

Directions

  1. CRUST: Crush cookies in food processor; combine w/3 tb sugar and butter.
  2. Press firmly into bottom of springform pan.
  3. FILLING: Heat choc. chips & set aside. In bowl, cream cheese and sugar til light & fluffy. Add in Large eggs 1 at a time. Beat well after each. Add in vanilla.
  4. Divide mix in half. Into one half blend in melted choclate. In the other half, blend peanut butter. Spoon mixtures alternately into the prepared pan. Swirl the two batters together with a knife. Bake at 300 for 60-65 min. Cold. Chill. Remove outer rim & cut into wedges. Very rich - enjoy!
